The Club Workout with Patsy Palmer (2000)

Selling over a quarter of a million copies, this dance workout video is one of the most successful of all time, staying at number one in the fitness charts for over three months in 2001.

It's filmed in a nightclub where Patsy and Niki strut their stuff on the stage to the sounds of get-up-and-dance chart music. The combination of Niki's encouragement of "Come on guys", and the irresistible music propels you along. The routines are fairly easy to follow, and none of the exercises are impossible or dangerous. There's a feel-good factor to the video. Viewers get the impression Patsy's genuinely enjoying it, and really having a good laugh.

Niki trained Patsy for three months prior to filming, choreographed all the routines, as well as working with the DJ, George D, to come up with the soundtrack.

Zoë Lucker’s Little Black Dress Workout (2003)

Filmed on location at Knebworth Park, this big budget number one selling video is split into five different sections, each lasting a generous ten minutes long. A fun warm-up is followed by a dance section, then boxing, a challenging toning section, and lastly a very sumptuous yoga cool down. The setting is very ‘bling-bling’, but this doesn't distract from the routines which are varied and effective. Both Zoë and Niki present the routines in a clear and likeable way, to a really funky soundtrack.

Niki trained Zoë for two months prior to filming, choreographed all the routines, and consulted on the soundtrack and the outfits selected.
